Planning an event can be an overwhelming and very stressful experience. From keeping to a budget to space and electrical issues, often times you are not sure where to begin. Let Party Magic guide you through the process. We have planned hundreds of school Spring Fairs, Fall Fests and After-Proms, not to mention Church Picnics and Synagogue Purim Carnivals. Corporations have enlisted our expertise in organizing their Company Picnics from a few hundred employees to more than a thousand. Townships and Non-Profit Organizations have turned to us to provide assistance with Fundraisers. Whatever the special event, Party Magic is there to help create a magical time! We offer two different options for event planning.

1. Full Service Event (From soup to nuts):
We do everything, you sit back and relax. This is ideal for the large company or organization, township or school that can’t be bothered with all the details. Our services include the following: complimentary consultation and inspection of event site prior to your event; supervisor on site and full staffing the day of your event. Additionally, we can supply prizes and wristbands or tickets for your carnival games and even supply people to man selling the tickets. We can provide you with guidance and suggestions of what inflatables and rides may be successful for your event, based on our years of experience.

2. Partial Service Event:
This is the ideal option for events that need limited staffing from Party Magic or repeat customers that need less guidance. Volunteers can often significantly cut the cost of an event down and an Event Supervisor from our staff can train volunteers to man inflatable pieces, food machines, craft and game areas. The Supervisor will remain at your event in case of an electrical issue and to make certain that everything is running smoothly. Often times, rental companies will just drop equipment and there is no one to help if a problem arises. With this service, we still provide a complimentary on site visit prior to your event if we have never been to your location (within 1 hour distance).

At Party Magic, we realize that events vary dramatically in size, budget and needs. We will work with you to customize your event to these specifications.
