What is the cancellation policy?
When booking a party, a $100 dollar deposit is required by cash or credit card at the time of the reservation. This is the only way your reservation can be secured. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to any other date and/or time. However, if you choose to not reschedule the party, the deposit can be used towards anything at Party Magic including a rental or open bounce times. If Party Magic closes due to a weather emergency and your party was canceled and can not be rescheduled due to conflicts, the deposit will be refundable. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payment. (NO checks accepted).

How many guests can I invite?
20 Kids (Magical Bounce Party) including the birthday child(ren) - are included in the package. However, you can invite as many as you like - we do not have a limit. It will be $13.00 per additional child. 12 Kids (Mini Magical Bounce Party) including the birthday child (ren) are included in this package. The limit for a Mini-Magical Bounce Party is 15 kids. Each child after 12 children will be $13.00 additional. Party guests under 15 months and anyone over the age of 12 can come and play for free and are not included in the guest count. (Parties that are for special circumstances may include children over 12 in the guest count, please inquire if you have questions).

What if I have more than the guest limit for my party?
You will be charged $13.00 per additional guest over the 20/12 allowed.

Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
Because we have gone to great expense to professionally decorate our party rooms, we ask that nothing be hung or taped to the walls or the ceiling. Also no confetti or silly string is allowed.

Can I bring in my own food or drinks?
You can bring cake. No other outside food or drinks are allowed. You may order pizzas and soda in advance from us, which will be delivered to your party.

Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility.

When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza or cake?
A representative of Party Magic will automatically call you within the week before your party. Please have your headcount ready one week prior to your party. Our pizza vendor requires the orders the night before.

What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza order?
Your order has been placed the night before and cannot be lowered on the day of your party. However, depending on the time of your party, you may be able to add to your order.

How much does a large pizza feed for the adults and what about their drinks?
A large has 12 big slices. Please determine how many adults you think you will have and how many pizzas you want for them. We will box up any leftovers for you to take home at the end of your party. You may also purchase additional soda from us for the adults in your group.

Can I order additional pizzas for the kids too?
Party packages include 1 slice and a drink for each child. Additional pizzas can be purchased for $13.50 each with 24 hours notice.

When does the party family and guests of the party need to arrive?
The party family needs to arrive only 10 minutes before their party begins, only to ensure you are there before your guests start arriving and we can go over any last minutes details if there are any. You should have your guests arriving right at the start of your party time, to ensure our facility does not become overloaded with one party arriving as another is leaving.

Can I bring my own decorations, paper products myself and set them up before my party?
We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge, however, they are generic. If you would like to bring your own paper products, you may do so. Setup time is generally 1 hour into your play arena time as other guests may be in the party room when your party starts.

What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
Just candles. We will supply a cake knife, plates, napkins, utensils, and a lighter.

Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
No. All family members can be on the same waiver.

What else should I bring to my party?
Every one entering the bounce rooms are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair (even all the Adults). Socks are available for purchase on site if you forget at $2.50/pair.
